HelpForge Terms of Service

1. What HelpForge Does

HelpForge provides support and ticketing tools for Discord communities, including features for routing support requests, managing ticket workflows, storing server settings, and related administrative functions.

2. Eligibility

You may use HelpForge only if you are permitted to use Discord under its rules and applicable law. If you install or manage HelpForge in a Discord server, you represent that you have authority to do so for that server.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HelpForge to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or Discord policy
• harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• submit or distribute malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of HelpForge
• attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, server, or data
• use the service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation

4. Server Owner and Administrator Responsibility

If you install or administer HelpForge in a Discord server, you are responsible for how the bot is configured and used within your community, including permissions, moderation workflows, support processes, and any content collected through tickets or interactions.

5. Content and Data

HelpForge may process content submitted through Discord interactions and tickets, along with related metadata, for the purpose of providing its services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of HelpForge and any content submitted through your server complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Availability and Service Changes

HelpForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every specific need or expectation.

7. Third-Party Services

HelpForge relies on third-party platforms and providers, including Discord, hosting providers, and infrastructure services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to HelpForge, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including misuse, abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using HelpForge at any time by removing the bot from your server and discontinuing use of the website or related services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpForge is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air Vision Studios and HelpForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Air Vision Studios and its operators from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of HelpForge, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of HelpForge after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
